AMSync uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, acquisition, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
Organizations and users are also responsible for maintaining secure credentials, limiting user access appropriately, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Depending upon an individual's residence and applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning their personal information, potentially including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of certain information and rights concerning certain disclosures or processing.
Where AMSync processes information solely on behalf of an Organization, requests may be referred to that Organization.
Requests may be submitted through:
Privacy Email: Legal@amsync.ai
Privacy Request Page: AMSync may designate an online privacy-request form in the future. Until then, requests may be submitted to Legal@amsync.ai.

Insurance records concerning minors may nevertheless be processed when lawfully submitted by an Organization in connection with insurance or related business activities.
16. Biometric Information
AMSync does not treat ordinary photographs uploaded through insurance workflows as biometric identification merely because they contain a person's image.
If AMSync introduces functionality specifically designed to create or use biometric identifiers to uniquely identify individuals, AMSync will evaluate applicable notice, consent, retention, and other legal requirements before deploying that functionality.
